About me
For 29 years, Shelly Bybee, M.A. has provided support to students who receive special education services as well as the teachers, staff, and families who support these students. Her experience includes working in homes with families and in schools (early childhood, elementary, and secondary classrooms). Although the area in which Ms. Bybee focuses is deaf education within special education, many of the strategies and tools used with students who are deaf or hard of hearing can also be utilized with other students who receive special education services who are not deaf or hard of hearing. Ms. Bybee is currently the Deaf Education Consultant at ESC-20.
